Tom is a corporate digital strategist with more than nine years experience of working with executives across the life sciences, commercial aviation and aerospace industries. Tom specializes in developing digital strategies to enable customer centricity, retention and service design; guiding clients from vision, concept development, and innovation enablement through to implementation.

Prior to joining DT, Tom was a Corporate Digital Strategy Manager at Accenture Interactive, where he worked with global heads of strategy and commercial on patient and HCP experience. In this role he helped pharmaceutical organizations provide end-to-end patient experiences. Tom has consulted for and led engagements including the design of patient support programs, customer experience, digital transformations and marketing.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree (B.Comm.) in Commerce (Behavioral Economics; Finance) from the Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and a Strategy Diploma from INSEAD.
