At DT Consulting, Sheetal works with senior global stakeholders to ideate and execute customer engagement and digital transformation solutions. Her efforts ensure that DT’s clients are attuned to their overall performance through CX measurement programs. Furthermore, she masters in designing and running assessment frameworks, identifying and analysing CX leaks across medical and commercial space to deliver optimised organizational returns.
Prior to DT Consulting, Sheetal worked at ZS Associates on a variety of market research projects across industries ranging from medical device, hi-tech, education and agriculture in the capacity of Senior Business Associate. Her core competencies lie in the areas of conducting market assessment, industry trend analysis and go-to-market strategies.
Sheetal received a bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Political Science and Economics from Guru Nanak Dev University, India and a MBA from Vedica Scholars Program for Women, India.
