Scott is a strategy and delivery leader with nearly twenty-five years of marketing, product, and technology leadership experience in industries including banking, retail brokerage, insurance, and pharma. He focuses on enabling businesses to innovate and grow by implementing digital technology, tools, and partnerships. Scott’s digital experience includes customer acquisition and retention, product development, and making middle- and back-office operations more efficient. He has led efforts to transform enterprise-wide digital scorecards across billion-dollar companies, taking the projects from vision and strategy development to operationalization.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Scott was the head of global digital strategy at GSK, where he developed and operationalized a strategy to align digital initiatives across therapy areas, markets, and centers of excellence. He raised awareness of and developed process to infuse a digital health focus throughout clinical and commercial operations, which led to the development of models focused on adherence and better outcomes. Scott has consulted for and led engagements in a range of domains including customer experience, digital transformation, product development, and change management.
Scott received a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He holds two master’s degrees: an M.B.A. in marketing from Widener University and an M.S. in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
