Samuel has four years of experience as a digital analyst using data to tell stories and solve key client customer experience and digital challenges. He has helped clients representing a broad range of industries to identify their current digital maturity gaps, develop strategic goals for their organizations, and prioritize both short-term and long-term recommendations.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Samuel was a senior associate at L2 Inc. (now part of Gartner), where he advised global heads of digital on ways to improve their online strategies. To accomplish this, he harnessed L2’s Digital IQ methodology to benchmark the effectiveness of brands’ digital strategies. Before taking on an advisory role, Samuel worked on the research side of L2’s business and was responsible for writing and publishing several digital benchmarking reports.
Samuel received a master’s degree (M.A.) in modern languages from the University of Oxford.
