Ragnar is an internationally experienced pharmaceutical and life sciences marketing executive with decades of service to the industry. He has extensive experience in customer engagement, go-to-market model development, and multichannel marketing at the regional and global levels; this includes strategy development, setting up contact centers and online customer outreach capabilities, capacity development, and marketing campaign development and execution. Ragnar focuses on using Six Sigma and Lean techniques to control and simplify complex processes and improve cost efficiency and on recruiting, building, and developing teams and aligning them around a specific direction and common goals.
For twenty years prior to joining DT Consulting, Ragnar held a variety of executive roles at Aptus Health and Merck (MSD), primarily in multichannel and digital marketing. He ran Aptus Health’s International operations. At Merck, Ragnar was the global head of multichannel marketing and the firm’s digital marketing center of excellence, responsible for developing go-to-market models to drive revenue, differentiation, and marketing effectiveness.
Ragnar received a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in pharmacy from the University of Oslo and a degree in business administration and economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
