Pelin’s thirteen years in the pharmaceutical industry include more than five years of experience leading complex strategic transformation and digital marketing projects. She specializes in bringing content strategy and innovative customer-centric solutions to life using customized frameworks and scalable processes. Pelin’s passion is to drive change and deliver seamless customer experiences that maximize business impact.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Pelin was a senior regional manager at Pfizer Essential Health Europe, where she led a content strategy center of excellence that implemented innovative shared platforms and services for collective learning and content production. Pelin co-led the development of a content strategy playbook and tools; she also custom-designed and facilitated workshops and training courses to help culturally diverse cross-functional teams with varying levels of maturity develop the mindset and readiness to implement content strategy. Before moving to Pfizer, Pelin held a number of marketing roles at GlaxoSmithKline Turkey, including the head of new product launch coordination and (digital) marketing excellence.
Pelin received a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in economics from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
