Commercial Strategy
Neil has over 16 years of experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies across a range of therapy areas, managing both strategic and tactical initiatives across EMEA. Neil’s work has predominantly focused on commercial and brand strategy, including launch excellence, sales optimization, marketing effectiveness and go-to-market models in both primary and specialty care. He has led several engagements, working with Life Science companies to optimize the deployment of their resources across their portfolios and geographies, including the development and implementation of multichannel sales and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Neil was a Director at Guidehouse (formerly Navigant) specializing in commercial strategy. Before this, Neil was a Director at OPEN Health Consulting and Vice President at Kaiser Associates, a global boutique strategy consulting firm, where he led the European Healthcare Practice. Neil also spent 10 years at IQVIA as a Senior Principal leading the UK & Ireland Consulting and Technology business where he focused on data analytics, insight generation, technology solutions and commercial effectiveness. He has also worked at SHI Consulting in Toronto and in the Healthcare team at PA consulting.
Neil holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Imperial College and an MBA from Cass Business School. He is currently an honorary lecturer at UCL where he lectures on Clinical Drug Development.
