Matt has over 12 years of experience leading digital transformation within the pharmaceutical industry at a global and local level. During his career, through leading many digital transformational projects, Matt has built strong capabilities in driving multichannel strategy development, customer journey planning & execution, content strategy development, customer experience implementation, digital capability building, and a wide range of other areas.
Prior to joining DT, Matt established the Multichannel Excellence function at Biogen UK & Ireland and led the multichannel transformation vision and strategy for the affiliate. Prior to this, he was Global Multichannel Director at GlaxoSmithKline for both the Vaccines & Respiratory franchises, where he helped global marketing and medical teams to embrace the benefits of digital customer engagement.
Matt’s background within the pharmaceutical industry means he understands the real-world challenges that organisations encounter when undertaking a digital transformation, and he is experienced at finding innovative and practical solutions to overcome them.
Matt received a BSc in Biology from Southampton University.
