Mark has over 20 years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience, predominantly in the strategy and consultancy sector. Mark has filled positions for strategy houses, Big 4 advisory firms, systems Integrators and boutique organisations. He has successfully delivered complex and time critical talent acquisition assignments across UK, Europe and internationally, from early careers/graduate through to director/board/VP level.
As Director of Talent at DT Consulting, Mark is responsible for an integral part of the organisation’s exciting growth journey… its people. From developing the employer brand, to sourcing, attracting, securing, retaining and supporting the best talent across all levels of the company, along with helping to ensure that the dynamic, collaborative, respectful and fun culture that has already been built, stays in place.
Mark holds a degree in law awarded by Birmingham City University and is working towards his CIPD qualifications.
