Marie has fifteen years experience in the pharmaceutical sector and is passionate about its Customer Experience evolution where she aims to deliver excellent outcomes for customers, patients and businesses. She improves employee experience by driving internal engagement strategies across all functions, enabling colleagues to employ new technologies, processes or to adopt new ways of working. Marie has devised and led the adoption of customer experience strategies and systems (such as Qualtrics and Tableau), as well as the development and use of personas and customer journey mapping to develop organizational customer–conscience.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Marie has worked at Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, AstraZeneca and the NHS where her focus is always on improving healthcare outcomes. More recently at the NHS, she facilitated patient pathway and process mapping to improve patient outcomes and experience, while delivering measurable service improvements. Marie has collaborated with strategic retail and hospital customers to co-create compelling campaigns and content for the pharmaceutical industry, delivering joined-up strategies to increase customer engagement.
Marie qualified as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) in 2015 and continues to build capabilities in thought leadership for the pharmaceutical industry as the discipline evolves.
