Leigh is a seasoned life sciences executive with more than fifteen years of experience in customer engagement and digital marketing leadership; customer engagement planning and analytics; digital strategy and transformation; and online and multi-channel marketing. He specializes in bridging the gap between strategy and implementation to transform the way firms market to and engage with customers. Leigh’s passion is attracting, developing, and retaining talent and building strong relationships that produce digital innovation and customer engagement success.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Leigh held a number of regional and global executive roles at Merck & Co (MSD) spanning Europe, Asia, North America, and Latin America. He was responsible for establishing a new global business service to support developing markets and designed and implemented integrated online and multi-channel marketing and customer engagement strategies. He also set up a global digital factory to support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, saving the company $20 million per year. Leigh’s experience in strategy, innovation, and leadership helps life sciences firms bring their customer engagement capabilities into the future.
Leigh received a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in business management and finance from Preston’s College.
