Josie Oddy

Josie is joining DT Consulting as UK Talent Manager, bringing with her 10 years’ experience recruiting into the management consultancy space. With a passion for project, change and advisory roles, Josie enjoys working with all levels; from candidates making their first move into consulting from industry, to seasoned professionals with a focus on practice growth.

Prior to joining DT Josie worked cross industry, predominantly with private sector consulting teams. Focussing on finance and digital change professionals, she sourced high calibre candidates for a range of consulting firms, from boutique to “Big4”. Over this time, Josie has championed the broadening of diversity, particularly the increasing numbers of women in consulting at senior levels.

Having built warm long-term relationships as an agency-side recruitment consultant, Josie is now looking forward to welcoming fantastic candidates to join the DT team – and supporting them as they begin the next great chapter in their career.
