Jon is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with deep experience in affiliate and global brand leadership. He specializes in addressing the challenges of digital transformation and associated business change and is passionate about global brand consistency and communication. Jon’s strengths lie in influencing leaders at all levels of an organization and finding ways to get the job done. He is equally comfortable working with technology specialists and fellow commercial leaders in digital transformation projects.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Jon was an independent consultant, drawing upon his thirteen years of experience in leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including directing the firm’s global platform innovation, cross-commercial strategy, and global branding efforts. He played a leading role in the justification, rollout, and development of asset management and medical legal review approval technologies and has experience working with and developing offshore business process outsourcing models and a captive model of service delivery.
Jon has a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in plant science from Newcastle University.
