John is an experienced senior global Biotech and Pharmaceutical executive with a passion for capturing and scaling up local to global Marketing and Sales customer engagement best practices to ensure measurable and sustainable success. He specializes in digital, omnichannel, commercial strategy and customer engagement initiatives to gain organizational support in order to strengthen sales and marketing models, methods, standards and processes for superior execution and customer activation.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, John was a Global Executive at Sanofi Pasteur where he led Commercial and Field Force excellence initiatives in numerous regions and countries across the world. He was responsible for establishing a new Global Sales & Marketing Effectiveness organization in support of operationalizing commercial strategy and ensuring execution. There he executed an omnichannel resource optimization methodology to harmonize digital and brand strategy KPIs globally. He also led go-to-market activities for Global Launch Excellence in new markets and new products, and implemented a global CRM and governance function.
John received an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Rutgers University, a Certificate in International Business from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Economy of Natural Resources from the University of California.
