Jessica has over five years experience in driving complex digital transformation projects for clients across multiple industries. Over the course of her career Jessica has gained extensive experience in managing the design and development of digital products and services by leveraging human centered data analysis and design theory. In her role at DT, Jessica helps clients define their customer engagement strategy, evaluating their current digital capabilities and in the process allowing clients to drive additional value creation through enhanced customer engagement.
Prior to joining DT, Jessica worked as a digital strategy consultant at Accenture Interactive where she worked with businesses in both the private and public sector, enhancing customer experiences across channels by providing data-driven insights and by implementing digital platforms at scale. Prior to this role she worked in brand incubators whilst at Accenture, redefining brand strategy using hypothesis testing for pharmaceutical organizations. Jessica has extensive experience working with stakeholders from the executive through to technical and agency level.
Jessica received a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
