Jemma Gatliff

Jemma is an experienced management consultant specialising in the life sciences industry with a passion for leveraging digital technologies to drive patient centricity and boost patient outcomes. She has worked across pharma organisations and the global-local axis to drive sustainable digital innovation.

Prior to joining DT, she spent four years at IQVIA working at the intersection of business and technology in partnership with top 20 pharma commercial leadership to identify, develop and embed advanced technical and operational capabilities to deliver on commercial strategy. Examples of large scale transformational programs Jemma has managed include operating model redesign to deliver advanced analytics at scale and the development and launch of a HealthCloud based patient engagement platform.

Her focus areas span data and analytics, patient/customer engagement, digital health, operating model design, product development and change management.

She also has a strong medical and research background, having completed postdoctoral research and a PhD in cell biology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Physiology at University College London, where she led award winning efforts to spin out and commercialise research to slow the progression of neurodegenerative disease.
