Jeff comes to DT with over 23 years in the pharmaceutical industry in multiple regional and global leadership roles re-engineering processes and digitally transforming organisations with a focus on establishing and embedding next-generation systems, capabilities and culture in pursuit of delivering better customer experiences. Jeff is a resilient, inclusive and influential leader that leverages technology, people and processes to build innovative change programs that re-invent Pharma practices. Jeff understands that to harness the power of digital and data, organizations need to be an aligned collective, bound by a clear plan which is regularly measured and optimized. In his role at DT Consulting, Jeff will apply this experience to help client leadership teams define, align and grow their digital transformation technology strategies across Commercial, Medical, R&D, Supply Chain and Digital Health ecosystems, to enable high-performance and future-ready digital, channel and data platforms.
Prior to joining DT, Jeff drove the global digital and CX transformation strategy and operations at ViiV Healthcare for the last 4 years, and at Biogen for 2 years prior to that. Both culminating in delivering new levels of digital maturity and the right balance of driving global standards with local agility. His pharmaceutical experience, however, began at Eli Lilly in 1999 as a Senior Financial Analyst, re-engineering business processes and leading a global SAP implementation program. This led him to join the European IT organisation in 2004 where he held several leadership roles in manufacturing, commercial and medical IT. In 2012, Jeff then also took on the role as the Regional Director of Digital, building Lilly’s first Digital Centre of Excellence, which led to a regional Executive Committee role in 2015 and being accountable for all commercial digital marketing and technology in the region.
Jeff has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in International Finance degree from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business in Muncie, Indiana, USA.
