Giulia has ten years of experience in driving end to end transformational projects across the marketing and sales function of major pharma organizations. Over the course of her career, she has worked with the majority of leading life science firms including Roche, AstraZeneca and GSK. In her role as senior consultant at DT, Giulia engages with pharma leads on multi-country global to local collaboration programmes, leading these organizations to new models of digital and commercial excellence.
Prior to joining DT, Giulia was a management consultant at Chaucer. Here she led the design and delivery of complex transformation programmes for pharma organizations. This involved change management, training, innovation through Design Thinking and Agile, as well as digital marketing strategy and campaign delivery at both global and affiliate level. Earlier in her career, Giulia supported in-house drug and medical device launch readiness within marketing and sales departments whilst at J&J and MSD.
Giulia earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in international management from the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in Italy. She is an Italian native speaker and fluent in both French and English.
