Georgia has over five years experience as a delivery focused customer experience consultant. She has cross-sector experience working across multiple complex business landscapes to drive business change and develop customer experience solutions. Georgia adapts a design thinking approach to help clients understand their customer journeys and build strategies.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Georgia was a Consultant at Davies Consulting where she delivered customer experience initiatives mainly across various contact centres. She also took a secondment in the Analytics team where she worked specifically with speech analytics to understand customer behaviour insights and to introduce automation into the contact centres. Before this, she was a consultant at Atos Consulting where she worked in various teams, including International Development and Business Process Improvement before joining the Customer Experience team. There she designed and ran client workshops, and created customer journey maps and personas.
Georgia rapidly rose the ranks internally at Atos Consulting where she began working in internal business support and operations until she transitioned over into Consulting, where she continues to work.
