Fadi brings more than a decade of experience working with top 20 pharmaceutical companies and helping them go through digital transformation journeys and create impactful omnichannel customer engagement experiences in the ever-changing industry landscape. He has a deep understanding of healthcare industry needs and challenges (low digital adoption, lack of digital strategy, MLR restrictions, ROI for digital activities and many more).
Prior to joining DT, Fadi was a Digital Strategy Consultant at Across Health (part of Precision Value & Health) working closely with global stakeholders in developing customer engagement strategy blueprints that regional and local affiliates can refer to and use to build their own. Those blueprints covered essential elements such as brand strategy, customer segmentation & behavioral objectives, channel & content prioritization as well as execution planning & KPI tracking. Being an expert in managing complex multi-country digital projects, Fadi is well-equipped to lead and manage teams to overcome internal hurdles and provide innovative solutions to pharma specific challenges.
Fadi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University of Sharjah (UAE) and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Vlerick Business School (Belgium).
