Erika has fifteen years of experience in conducting bespoke consumer and stakeholder research for clients across multiple industries. Over the past 8 years, Erika has increasingly specialized in combining survey methodology with customer journey analysis in order to gain actionable consumer insights that reveal the full scope of customer experience. In her role at DT, Erika helps clients define their customer experience measurement, analytics and action strategy, allowing clients to create additional value through enhanced customer engagement.
Prior to joining DT, Erika worked as an independent consultant across EU markets where she provided consumer research, project and organizational evaluations, and assisted with customer experience analytics strategy and implementation. Prior to this role, she worked at the Kantar Consumer Research division in Spain, focusing on large multi-country research projects and on reporting innovation (automatized reporting).
Erika received a master’s degree (Ma) in Sociology from the Complutense University in Madrid, and a master’s in Public Policy degree (MPP) from Brandeis University in Boston, MA.
