Eric has two years of experience leading strategy initiatives across major pharma and MedTech organizations and delivering large scale customer experience transformations. Over the course of his career, Eric has built strong capabilities in driving omnichannel strategies, empowering new ways of working, and analyzing customer insights for journey optimizations. In his role at DT, he continues to help clients redefine customer experience, allowing for improved customer understanding and business outcomes.
Prior to joining DT, Eric worked as a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate at ZS Associates where he drove engagements focusing on transformation roadmap design, brand strategy planning, AI campaign execution, and customer journey development. In this role, he partnered with many stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CX programs across different sales, marketing, and commercial operations functions.
Eric received his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
