Cathy has several years of experience in consulting, supporting clients in addressing a range of challenges and opportunities related to their digital transformation, customer and operational improvement efforts. She specializes in customer strategy, stakeholder engagement, program management, and process redesign. Cathy advises firms on how to drive digital transformation with a customer experience focus to create best practices, build common platforms, and design new services to realize substantial operational savings.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Cathy worked as a consultant at PwC, where she established a proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile client engagements in demanding, fast-moving environments. She worked on a large-scale digital transformation program with the UK Government to digitize the services and applications of the UK court system. Cathy also took a leading role in helping a large pharmaceutical company redesign its medical affairs organization by developing and embedding a modern operational and excellence framework.
Cathy earned a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from the University of Manchester and a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in health and sociology from Kings College London in the United Kingdom. She is fluent in Cantonese and has professional proficiency in Mandarin.
