DT Consulting led an engagement that employed a customized version of our DX (DEMA) assessment methodology to achieve four core objectives: determine the drivers and barriers of digital adoption; find the ideal interventions to raise the adoption and maturity of digital capabilities through training, process simplification, and job role alignment; assess digital capability adoption and maturity in a commercial and medical excellence context; and set the direction for organizational readiness to support this new global ambition.

Client impact:

DT helped the firm identify training needs and design curricula; optimize its digital marketing workflow and global content supply chain; and create capability-specific playbooks. We also organized leadership meetings to set a new digital ambition and objectives, get commitment from senior management, and demonstrate the impact of digital transformation to 11 country-level leaders to gain their endorsement.
