A midsize global pharmaceutical company wanted to assess its current media plan and channel performance and use the results to optimize its engagement plan to help the firm overcome the challenges it had faced since launching the product.

Our approach to the client challenge:

DT Consulting led a project in two phases: diagnose and design. First, we conducted a qualitative and quantitative audit and assessment of the current brand strategy, promotional campaigns, execution, and media plans, including all assets and channel usage. We interviewed key stakeholders to get the voice of the business and analyzed brand documents, sales data, and channel engagement. Then we co-created a synergistic marketing plan and omnichannel framework for the optimized engagement and outreach to key customers.

Client impact:

We enabled the firm to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities to expand beyond its current territories. Applying our channel equivalence methodology normalized marketing activities across channels and aided the development of a new omnichannel plan to optimize outcomes.
