DT Consulting led a rigorous nine-month engagement that included constructing a weighted scorecard to assess digital assets by region; using the scorecard to comprehensively assess the capabilities of the firm and its competitors by asset and region; and performing a gap analysis.

Client impact:

Based on the findings of the benchmarking exercise, DT Consulting provided numerous recommendations to improve point processes and unify assets to make customer journeys more cohesive. We also recommended that the firm consolidate its underutilized assets, leading it to decommission 400 websites.
