A large global pharma firm wanted to understand how digital assets in its content factory were deployed and consumed across regions and how this compared with its peers. It wanted to use these findings to determine best practices for each asset across customer understanding, content strategy, and unification.

Our approach to the client challenge:

DT Consulting led an engagement that included three elements. We defined the change management requirements needed to improve user adoption. We constructed a weighted scorecard to assess digital asset usage by region and applied it to comprehensively assess the capabilities of the firm and its competitors by asset and region. We performed a gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and where to implement best practices.

Client impact:

DT used the findings of the benchmarking exercise to formulate recommendations for planning change management, improving point processes, automating metrics reporting, and unifying assets in the content factory to make customer journeys more cohesive.
