Carrie is a digital transformation and process consulting leader in the Pharma & Life Sciences industry. She has over fifteen years of experience designing digital marketing and sales processes, implementing data and technologies, leading global operations teams, and managing the change to bring client visions for their customers’ experience to life.
Prior to joining DT, Carrie was the Lead of Marketing Operations in the Digital Customer Experience Practice at ZS Associates where she partnered with senior life sciences executives to implement and deliver complex customer-focused marketing automation and “Next Best Action” capabilities for top 10 pharma companies, as well as mid-sized, emerging and non-pharma organizations. Carrie led engagements focused on data-driven customer experiences, including AI-driven execution, digital customer strategy, transformation roadmap design, and operating model & process definition supporting large scale technology and operations implementations. She has an additional 8 years of experience in software programming and design.
Carrie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a double major in German and French from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
