Bevan is an experienced strategy consultant who specializes in digital transformation for life sciences organizations. Bevan helps clients identify and prioritize the opportunities and requirements for digital enablement and enhancement by first exploring and defining objectives for customer experience, insight generation, and operational efficiency. She works with partners across all levels: developing the high-level vision, strategy, and value case with c-level executives, and collaborating on operational execution with director-level subject matter experts.
With nearly a decade of experience across several industries and four years of focus in life sciences, Bevan has a strong understanding of how an organization’s unique culture and competencies can be leveraged to facilitate transformation. Prior to joining DT, Bevan was a Strategy Consultant with ZS Associates, where she led efforts to advise major and emerging pharma corporations and medical device manufacturers regarding customer engagement strategy and designed the data and technology architecture that supports improved customer experience. Bevan has orchestrated and consulted on several multi-phase programs to define, design, and successfully execute digital transformations.
Bevan earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a double major in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Sociocultural Anthropology
