With over 20 years in the life sciences industry, Ashley has extensive experience in partnering with executive leadership to develop the right strategic approach and drive transformative initiatives at enterprise and brand levels, delivering better patient outcomes and business results. Her efforts have included developing enterprise-level strategic engagement initiatives such as creating a global social media platform and framework; brand-level campaign strategies; disease awareness / Patient engagement forums; as well as video production, social media, and other forms of corporate and brand-level customer engagement.
Prior to joining DT, Ashley was a Director of Commercial Strategy with Indegene (our parent organization). Before this, Ashley led teams as a strategy and customer/digital engagement consultant for Slalom and Capgemini. She also spent six years at Merck leading digital transformation initiatives for the Adherence team and as a core team member of the Enterprise Social Media Command Center program, developing eight global social media centers in two years.
Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in European Arts History with a minor in Nonprofit Arts Management from Mt. Vernon College in Washington, D.C. (now part of George Washington University) and a secondary education certification in Social Studies and Language Arts from the University of New Mexico.
