Aneta has been working with digital leaders across industries and geographies to deliver customer experience and digital transformation projects for more than nine years.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with clients to understand their existing capability maturity in the context of evolving customer expectations, translate it into actionable strategic initiatives and align it to an overarching customer experience vision, strategy and clear KPIs and goals. In addition to executive-level engagements, Aneta connects market-level and cross-functional capability needs with regional and global ambitions, through impactful change management and communication strategies to drive effective adoption, increased efficiency and ROI. She has developed and scaled customer experience measurement hubs, designed end-to-end customer journeys, visions and strategic frameworks to embed customer-centric ways of working within top pharma organizations and biotech’.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Aneta was an Experience Strategy Consultant at Accenture Interactive, where she worked closely with global heads of digital on optimizing customer experiences through a insights-driven approach. She has extensive experience leading client workshops, presenting latest research at conferences, building innovation acceleration hubs, and delivering customer engagement strategies across industries.
Aneta earned a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in International Business Management from the University of East Anglia and a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in International Marketing from King’s College London.
