Aneta has been working for more than five years, with digital leaders and brand managers across industries and geographies to deliver customer experience and marketing transformation projects. She collaborates closely with clients to assess and improve their digital capabilities to help them reach their goals of driving business growth and increasing efficiency. Aneta takes a customer-centric approach to redesigning end-to-end journeys, ensuring that customers get connected, seamless experiences in all channels. In addition to executive-level engagements, her experience includes collaborations with technology, creative, and media agencies.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Aneta was a digital experience consultant at Accenture Interactive, where she worked with global heads of digital and their teams on data-driven marketing, e-commerce, content strategy, and customer journey mapping engagements. Her expertise includes designing and running client workshops, setting up innovation acceleration hubs, and defining operating models and ways of working for content studios.
Aneta earned a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in international business management from the University of East Anglia and a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in international marketing from King’s College London
