Anca is an entrepreneurial innovator, strategic marketer and business technologist, with over a decade of experience in the life sciences sector, through a combination of client work aided by consulting for global biopharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer health organisations. She advises global leaders on defining and visualising the meaning of customer centricity and the omnichannel strategy to achieve it, driving digital transformation across people, process and capabilities, ways of working and digital enablers. Recently, Anca has supported life sciences organsations deliver coherent customer centricity by assembling varied facets of digital transformation, from improving their customer engagement maturity, defining strategy for compelling experiences, establishing frameworks that measure customer engagement and business impact, to designing omnichannel digital strategies and tactics that result in better patient outcomes and value for customers.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, as an independent expert, Anca led the European customer centric strategy at ZS Associates, helping clients define the omnichannel strategy, building customer engagement journeys, executing campaigns and measuring impact, while bringing adoption to the forefront of thinking and designing solutions. Before that, Anca led the digital marketing solutions function for EMEA region at Pfizer, defining and building the customer-centric strategy through multichannel engagement, new ways of working and agile delivery to local markets. Anca also has several years of digital transformation experience from Capgemini and KPMG, where she worked with top companies in the telecommunications sector, financial services, retail, education and public sector.
Anca received a masters’ degree in distributed systems from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and a masters’ degree in robotics engineering & AI from Bucharest University in Romania.
