Alanna has more than 8 years experience helping organizations across a range of industries design and improve user experiences, products and services through an evidence-based and data-driven understanding of the user, their behaviour, motivations and needs. A user-centred design (UCD) practitioner with strong foundations in user research and customer insights, she draws on a wide range of research and innovation techniques to help her clients better understand their audiences and craft customer experience strategies that deliver the desired business outcomes.
Prior to joining DT Consulting, Alanna worked as a Customer Strategy and Experience Design Consultant at North Highland where she worked for a range of public and private client organizations. Her expertise includes working within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver new and improved digital platforms and content following agile methodologies as well as building UCD capabilities.
Alanna received her bachelor’s degree (Hons) in European Studies with Spanish from King’s College London and her master’s degree (MSc) in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
